I found Big Lean on bandcamp just by browsing around looking for new music. His music mos definitely will capture the ears of real hip-hop fans.

Big Lean is in no shape or form a “swag” rapper. With heavy musical influences from 90s Hip…-Hop, such as Outkast, Wu-Tang Clan, and Method Man, as well as Ludacris, Eminem, Jay-Z, Lean brings a musical style that’s smooth, powerful,  and inspiring for people everywhere. Aside from his lyrical assassinations, he also produces instrumentals.

Who are you, today? I used to ask myself that question. A lot.

If one day I tried to be me and, if that version of me was not acceptable to someone, I made a modification. I took a piece of me and bent an edge. Another day I took a pair of scissors to a corner piece and fit it to the puzzle’s center.

Today, Jessie J sits in a room in her music video Who You Are and reminds us to remember our true selves. She reminds us to live our authentic selves. Her video is this week’s Tunes with Tuesday feature.

The New York-based flower-delivery company unveiled a university-like program today that offers business and leadership training to junior-level employees in three core areas: sales, operations, and management.

This program, which CEO Bryan Burkhart refers to as “H.Bloom University,” is an expansion of the company’s Start-up Education and Entrepreneurial Development (SEED — geddit?) training initiative.

Professional development programs like these are common within large corporations, but are a surprising move for an early-stage startup. It appears to be paying off. Zach Brown, a graduate of the SEED program who was tasked with running the Chicago brunch, is set to pull in over $1 million in revenue.

Education is broken up into six-month cycles. During that time, employees can expect interactive training modules covering business and leadership topics. Just like college, each…

I started photography in Tokyo Japan actually about 22 years ago. I took classes for photography while in Japan and just continued to build off it based off what I was taught combined with my own ideas. I started out with the dark room developing my own pictures film and quickly graduated to digital photography as I found it better than developing my film all the time. While in Japan, I went to Korea, China, and Hong Kong where I did a lot of photography as the art in Asia is just awesome. Came back to the states and started doing photography all over the states from inanimate objects, natural and rural to sexy, riske, and boudoir photography of models. Me being an ex model myself (I modeled while in Tokyo) I have experience both in front and behind the camera so it translates well when I’m giving models tips…
